Villa Frantzén is a modern Nordic restaurant & bar with Asian influences.
The restaurant in central Bangkok serves a 6-course menu with options to choose per each serving. The casual dining experience features an open kitchen, space for 60 guests and three private dining rooms, as well as an outdoor patio.
All the dishes carry a similar profile, characteristic of the Frantzén Group but Björn Frantzén, together with his R&D team from Stockholm – Daniel Everts and Claes Grännsjö – created a special menu for Villa Frantzén, which Executive Head Chef Nilas Corneliussen develops further locally.
The villa also has its own Nordic cocktailbar with craft cocktails located in a separate building.
